2025 was another excellent year for STAKAM and we are delighted to share with you some of the key achievements:

1. 73 off distinct pilot batch test batches completed.

2. Produced our own water based heat transfer fluid to allow us to run the test batches at temperature >110 deg C (NO requirement for steam and avoided ineffective "hot oil").

3. 6 off fully scaled up products, successfully moved from 500kg to 5ton nominal batches.

4. Utilised external shell and tube heat exchanger to rapidly remove exotherm from solvent based polymerisations, allowing us to hold the reaction at 104 - 108 deg C with excellent control.

5. Our first head space Gas Chromatography (GC) installed and commissioned.
